The junction of No 5 and Cambie is like a Little India or East Asia - there are a cluster of shops that sells Indian , Pakistani and Middle Eastern Countries' food and restaurant .
This is a nice place in Richmond to shop for the exotic food of East Asia .
The Red Mirchi Restaurant is a new Northern Indian Restaurant - 3 months new and managed by the Family members of the owner of the Best Tandoori Meat Shop .
The restaurant offers a daily Buffet Lunch and Dinner but a house menu is available . The restaurant also has a bar .
The service is very pleasant and the food served is very nice and the curry is a little mild ( for a Singaporean ) .
I have expected to taste the various tandoori marinate from the Best Tandoori Meat Shop ( same owner ) but the buffet served only the chicken tandoori .
Overall a nice place to enjoy some nice tandoori food - but the tandoori variety should be broaden .
